We had a wonderful stay at Jakob’s place in Vienna. The apartment is perfectly located, very central and close to everything. The instructions to access the apartment were very clear, and the place itself is huge and very spacious. Even with only one bathroom for six girls, it was never an issue — we managed our time well and fully enjoyed our stay in Vienna. We would definitely come back, as we absolutely loved the apartment, especially for its amazing central location.
Jakob was always very responsive, extremely kind, and happy to help whenever we had a question. He also kindly assisted us in finding a locker to store our luggage on our last day. Highly recommended!

I was so amazed at how responsive when I sent a text. When you travel and you arrive it’s so important to have someone text you quickly. It’s not like a person onsite so get a reply to a text quickly is so important, and this was really great. Location, but also basic things like kitchen towels, brush, paper towels. And the small things like that. All was there and greatly appreciated.

Jakob’s place was exactly like the photos, clean and pleasant! Jakob was very responsive and helped us with the checking in. The amenities in the bathroom and kitchen were all working, and we had a lovely stay!

Beautiful flat in a great part of Vienna near all the shops, Christmas markets and great restaurants. Visiting in November it was very cold and we were thankful for the great heating. The flat consistently had hot water and the beds and space were very comfortable for our family of 4. We had a great stay and would stay again.

El apartamento en el que nos hemos alojado en Viena ha superado con creces nuestras expectativas. Se trata de un espacio amplio y recién reformado, situado a escasos metros de la catedral, lo que convierte cualquier visita turística en un agradable paseo de apenas unos minutos. Su capacidad es ideal para grupos de hasta ocho personas, que encontrarán comodidad sin sentirse en absoluto apretados.
El mobiliario, de un cuidado estilo nórdico, aporta una sensación de serenidad muy acorde con el espíritu vienés, mientras que la limpieza —impecable— hace que uno se sienta en casa desde el primer momento. El alojamiento está perfectamente equipado: electrodomésticos y utensilios de cocina que garantizan una estancia confortable.
El aislamiento térmico es excelente, y a ello se suma una finca con ascensor, sin ruidos y con un generoso espacio de almacenamiento tanto en las habitaciones como en la cocina, algo que siempre se agradece más de lo previsto. La comunicación con el anfitrión ha sido fluida y cordial, completando así una experiencia que difícilmente podríamos calificar de otra manera que no sea sobresaliente.
Si Viena es una ciudad para disfrutar, este apartamento es, sin duda, un lugar perfecto para hacerlo.

What a beautiful apartment in a perfect location - steps away from St. Stephen’s Cathedral!! Decor was as described and photographs very accurate. Beds super comfortable, bathroom new and immaculate, and whole place very clean. Our host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!!!

The apartment is located within a minute's walk of the Basilica, and the living room had a very good view of the church, just as what was described. Everything was within walking distance as well, restaurants, cafes, shops and malls, even a supermarket, which was really convenient for your grocery needs while on apartment living.

Byt splnil všechna naše očekávání! Je velmi prostorný, světlý, teplý, s nádherným výhledem a pohodlnými postelemi. Je zde vše, co je potřeba pro příjemný pobyt. Dole je obchod, což je velmi praktické. Velmi jsme ocenili možnost parkování v podzemní garáži přímo v domě. Pobyt se nám moc líbil a určitě se sem rádi vrátíme! 🌟

Posizione davvero centralissima. Appartamento grande e comodissimo. È davvero pulito.
Da segnalare positivamente che anche se il bagno è uno solo, è diviso in due spazi separati, comodo quando si è in tante persone.
